Reception Hotel Stadt PasingTradesman Willy Kermeß, born in 1893 in Schmölln, Duchy of Saxe-Altenburg, receives the order from the Bavarian Ministry of Culture to found a commercial school in Prien am Chiemsee on the Saxon model. Well-known Munich restaurateurs suggest to affiliate the commercial school with a college for hotel management. The deed of incorporation dates from May 2, 1930. Willy and his son Wolfgang Kermeß receive honors ceremonies at the 20th anniversary. Wolfgang Kermeß takes over after the death of his father in February 1960, the chair behind the executive desk in house Gräfstraße 68th . At the desk are already the plans for the construction of their own schoolhouse. Wolfgang Kermeß dies in November 1961. His widow Elfriede Kermeß and the designated headmaster Hermann Koch realize the plans of the deceased. Liebgard Kermeß, the daughter of Elfriede and Wolfgang Kermeß, grows into the company. Hermann Koch hands over the management of the hotel vocational school in 1982 and in 1990 the management of the business school to Hans Passian, husband of Liebgard Passian. In 1989, Elfriede Kermeß transfers the company as the previous owner Her daughter Liebgard. Since 2002, Marlene Helfer, daughter of Liebgard and Hans Passian, manages the Hotel Stadt Pasing.
